Missionaries to Native Americans
The Baptist Arrow recommends the Scott Silvers family to you for your prayerful consideration of financial support. Preacher Scott and Sister Brandi have an unquenchable love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Over the years they have demonstrated faithfulness to the call of God upon their lives. The burden they carry for the people to whom they wish to go is genuine and, we believe, God sent. Brother Scott is a Christ-centered, Gospel preacher. He has pastored two churches in N.C. and was used by God in both to strengthen the things which remained. He is a student of the Word and has attended Bible college courses. As a God called preacher, his desire to preach has been manifested in the fact that he has spent many hours in nursing homes preaching and ministering without ever asking for a dime. He is sound in doctrine and mature in the faith.
On behalf of The Baptist Arrow would you please consider supporting this godly family in prayer as well as financially? They have set a goal based on their anticipated need of $3,000 per month. This is certainly no extravagant number, but it should allow them to focus their time in Oklahoma on sharing the Gospel with those around them.
Bro. Scott’s support is currently at 65% with hopes of moving to southeastern Oklahoma by April of 2018. The Lord has already blessed them with a place to rent and is opening doors for ministry throughout Oklahoma. Upon relocating to Smithville, Oklahoma they plan to join Indian Baptist Church, which, will become their base of operations and ministry. Their ministry will consist of mission endeavors, evangelistic tent meetings, pulpit supply, outreach, and VBS/youth camps.
Thank you for your consideration of this missionary family!
